Riviera Housing Association 

 

Safeheat ran the service and breakdown housing stock for Torbay Borough Council for 15 years. We continued to do so when Riviera Housing Trust undertook the Councils 3000 houses until they were able to put into place their own in house gas engineers. 

 

We still continue to run the out of hours calls and assist them in annual safety checks and response work as and when required. 

 

We have just entered into a partnership agreement with RHT and have gained principal contractor status on their boiler and heating replacement programme. This involves installing some 900 units within a 3 year timescale.  

 

Glowworm 

 

We have been awarded a contract with Glowworm (Service) to cover their breakdowns in busy periods and our engineers have completed an intensive training course in order to fulfil their requirements.

Westcountry Housing Association 

 

We are currently running a partnership agreement to service and safety check their 1700 owned properties. Alongside this we also undertake any installation work comprising of full heating systems, Boiler Exchanges, gas and oil. 

 

Although the service and safety checks are the main part of our contract we give a 24 hours guaranteed breakdown service, which operates every day of the year. 

 

We understand how important constant monitoring and communication between the housing association and ourselves can be.  

 

WHA have properties spreading from Penzance to Uffculme, hence we cover all of Devon and Cornwall for all our clients. 

 

We have a long-standing relationship with WHA and have been working with them for 20 years. 

 

We regularly achieve KPI figures of 99% and use the infrastructure we have developed to give all our clients a very efficient and professional service.  

 

Landlords and Estate Agents 

 

We have many estate agents and private landlords (with over 20 properties) on our client list and give them the same service we offer to our main contract clients.
