We are a member of the A1 LCS scheme which means we have access to grant funding of up to £1500 for Fuel Switching. This is where homeowners in the private sector who currently have electric or coal heating change their heating to a more carbon friendly alternative of gas or oil.

Who is entitled to fuel switching
Private, residential properties and these are broken down into two groups:
PRIORITY GROUP MEMBERS
All people aged 70 or over
Customers in receipt of one or more of the following benefits:
Council Tax Benefit
Housing Benefit
Income Support
Income-based Jobseekers Allowance
Attendance Allowance
Disability Living Allowance
War Disablement Pension which includes either Mobility supplement or constant attendance allowance
Disablement Pension which includes constant attendance allowance
State Pension Credit
Child Tax Credit where the relevant annual income is £15592 or less
Working Tax Credit where the relevant annual income is £15592 or less.
NON PRIORITY GROUP
There is funding available to those who are not Priority Group Members but are changing fuel
